Thinking about getting an SL-C. Anyone have an SL-C in Florida that I could sit in and go for a ride?

Hello so thinking about going to down the SL-C route and would like to be able to sit in one. I currently drive a built engine 997.2 Turbo S and I want to see how I fit in the SL-C compared to the 911. I am about 6'2" and around 255lbs. Anyone in Florida have one or even Georgia? I live in Central Florida and will drive what I need to drive to go see one before ordering the parts. Even better if built by Allan since I would probably hire him to build it.

I have a 991.1 911 TT S with upgrades (950hp). I also have an SL-C. They are completely different in almost every single way. Seating comfort and orientation will really be determined by the build -- seats, wheel, pedals are all custom installed and vary car to car. Someone who's 6'2" can fit in the car but it'll be pretty tight. At 255lbs, a wider seat would be more comfortable than the standard racing seat widths out there. But, some folks have installed pretty nice seats with padding. Again, many factors will play into this. So even if you sit in someones car, the next one will be very different.

Steve,

Thanks for the input, yes totally different cars for sure. I have Recaros in my 911 and fit fine, but would want some wider seats to be comfortable. Wondering if there is enough headroom with the right seat to wear a helmet?
