TWM induction question

Will the TWM induction fit a standard Weber IDA manifold? I found a great deal on a complete set up but for the wrong engine. I was wondering if I could switch the manifolds and be ready to go? It was originally designed for a 460 so it should have the big chokes and injectors to support a higher RPM small block 302/371 stroker "race" engine. Any thoughts?

Not sure, but, there is a TWM advertiser here that could probably help you out. Has discounts for members:

As far as I know the injection bodies don't have any chokes in them, or they shouldn't, since I think they are sized for the engine. That is to say, diameter is purchased for the engine, unlike the weber system that takes a 48mm body and uses chokes (38mm, 40mm, etc.) to size for the engine.

Have you tried calling Tyler, or Gary at TWM? 1-805-967-9478. You can also try Joe Leonard at JCPerformance.com (CAV builder).
As Ron said, they don't have chokes per se. You can order different sized bodies, e.g. 48mm, 50mm etc.

I have decided to go with the carbs. They will do just fine and I am pretty good at tuning them. I really like the look better anyway. I just don't believe that they give up much HP. I guess we will see how it runs on the track.:)
