Hello
Some of you may be interested in building your own induction set up. I did this 12 odd years ago. There was not much choice for off the shelf items back then (and was very expensive) Making it seemed like a good option since I was a machinist back then. Probably easier to buy them now truth be told - but not as much fun
You just need a good mill and lathe. (I did cheat and use a CNC) You can see that the body is fabricated from three parts. Th top and bottom plate (identical profile) and the center tube.
The problem at the time was getting a controller to run all the injectors and fuel / air mapping. This appears to be no longer an issue so have pulled this out from under the bench. I will be modifying a couple of things which I will detail as I go if people are interested.
If any one is running a similar set up on a stroked small block ford (347) I would be intersted in your cam details and comments in general.
Regards
Adrian
