I have to agree with you Keith, they are suggesting the patient (the innocent party, had there been an incident let's remember) should 'hide away' or at least 'be offered' to hide.
Who else do they think should 'hide' ? a coloured person, a disabled person, a person with a different sexual preference, a guy who wears a skull cap, ?.
