GT40 Mark 3 in Donington collection

The number plate is YPE798G which belongs to 1103. I believe it normally resides at the National Motor Museum.

This car has spent many years at the Beulieu Motor Museum.

M3/1103 was at the National Motor Museum. It is still on BRM 5 spoke (P68) wheels. I prefer the Borrani wires. Previously the National motor museum displayed the John Wyers car M3/1102 SPP604D. I think it was removed sometime after his dead by his daughter Pia(?) inherited it. I think there are only 6 MkIII in that configuration; was not M3/1101 the prototype rebodied recently as a MKI?

Thanks Mike! I know that many people don't like the lines of the MK3 but I do, I really like the this color of white. :)
