Holy crapola! I take one day to go and visit a client and THIS happens! I miss the re-launch of the Paddock! What a f**cking w*nker I am!
To MSNCHCPR (whatever), having the Paddock on a CAR site, is, as has been said before, simply a place for us to go, to post about stuff that is not CAR related! What is not to like about that? At least most of us who frequent it, use our real names and do not go about trying to get 'wings wheels and keels' dropped because we hate to fly, can't swin or get bored easily by banter about bicycles.
If you don't frequent it, what does the nmatter if it being shut down, have to do with you. If you visit it, what is not to like?
Can we go to other sites to post our various rubbish and spout our opinions? Of course we can. However, I for one (and I am not alone in this) have been a paying member of GT40s for many many years. I have grown to know, like, love and dislike many people here. Why should I be forced to go to wwwdotrantaboutshitdotcom and talk to strangers, simply because a few GT40s members (paying or not), do not like to dangle their opinions in public? Noone has to venture into the Paddock.
I take it that Ron has removed the Paddock from the search engine part of the site, so unsuspecting delicate types will not be led here by happenstance, therefore, we should all be good to go from here. So no more 'drop the paddock' posts please.
Keith, when you say you are a Baron, do you mean you are a Baron, or was it a typo and you are simply Baron?
