Things You Never Knew You Didn't Know . . .

Cool! Very interesting and enjoyable. Thanks Robert.

Glad you enjoyed, Jimmy. Thank you too, since this was a self-learning project for me, and was happy to receive some feedback on my first efforts.

As I figure it, I was only 10-years or longer behind in HTML and CSS coding knowledge. Using newer iterations of CSS and HTML5 capabilities for the first time, I was able to code content boxes with RADIUSED corners. Also, apply shadows to objects and text. New CSS code also permits opacity adjustments 0 - 100%, and one can set-up a web-site with objects made up of separate stacked layers (3D effect) that can be made to move in any of four directions at a speed controlled by a user scrolling down the page.

Onward! Robert

Nice one & very interesting with it.

One small PS, I know photos don't tell it all but Kinshasa - Poorest but they seem quite happy, well many of them!

That was an interesting link, thanks.

I noticed the item re the Challenger Deep and how James Cameron is one of only three people to have made it to the bottom.

Did you guys also know that is where Mr Cameron found the Bar? You know, the bar that has sunk so low! ;)

I apologise for the blatant SP rip-off

They don't know they are poor. I didn't know my folks were poor (in monetary terms) until my first day at school.

Guess you can be glad now knowing back then they didn't have $350 tennis shoes, huh. (I was there then too)

It's all relative, I know.
