I had the same problem..I had air pockets!!!! it took several times to purges the system. I purge the system a couple of times and still had to do it 2 more times. MAKE SURE ALL YOUR CAMPS ARE TIGHT!!!! IT WILL SUCK AIR EVEN IF THERE IS NO WATER LEAKES.!! MY 2 CENTS JOHN
