016 Transaxle Clutch / Flywheel Parts Needed

Good afternoon. I am new to the GT40 car world, and I need some assistance in identifying replacement parts needed for a CAV built GT40.

The car currently has a Ford Small Block 302ci Motor, and is mated to an Audi 016 Transaxle. The Ford 302ci Motor is worn, has low compression, leak down of 40% on a few cylinders, and has wiped the bearings. I'm currently looking at replacing the motor with a Crate 347ci engine. I need help identifying the the replacement parts needed for the Audi 016 Transaxle. It appears that this kit was made by Gilo Engineering out of South Africa https://www.giloeng.com/

I have emailed them, and attempted to call them, but I am unable to get a responce via email, and when I call, it rings once, and the call fails. Have they gone out of business? Has anyone else had dealing with Gilo Engineering? I have a 121 tooth Ring Gear on the Flywheel, and the Flywheel is stamped with the following numbers from Gilo Engineering FF06V358. The Gilo Adaptor Plate is stamped with the following numbers AF06V35

For those of you using the Audi 016 Transaxle, what clutch, flywheel, starter, ect have you been using? Does anyone have Part Numbers and suppliers to purchase these items from?

Any / all input, experience, parts vendors, part numbers, is greatly appreicated.

You might contact Kennedy Engineered Products (KEP) and see what they have that will mate your engine to transaxle.

Thanks for the input Neil. I did get in contact with them, and they didn't have anything for the 016 Transaxle. They did however have an adapter kit (adaptor plate, flywheel, pilot bearing, and bolts) along with a clutch kit, and starter for an 01E or 01X transaxle, but they don't supply the transaxle, I'd have to source one. I'm sure there is a lot more work to be done with axles, mounting location of the 01E transaxle compared to the 016 currently installed, and then ofcoarse there is the shifter linkage that would need to be addressed if changing over to an 01E.

I recently replaced my 016 with a O1E when my pinion bearings failed. There are no pinion bearings available worldwide. You are wasting time at this point keeping the O16.

Burton Power do lots of stuff for Ford engines. I have dealt with them for years. Good stuff at sensible prices. Contact them for a price to ship worldwide.
e.g Ford Essex V4/6 flywheel ring gear 121 tooth

Gents, A little update on my efforts. (SL-C - LS3 to Ricardo GT). Kennedy Engineering would not work with the RCR adapter plates because of the thinkness (0.997"). They told me that the thickness of the adapter would not work with their offering. (I'm just repeating). HOWEVER - I found Clutch Masters (California). They have been a pleasure to work with so far. I will offer updates when I have them. In the mean time, if Clutchmasters has interest from the community, perhaps it might be a solution for several of us??

That's a shame Kennedy Engineering was a no-go with the 016 parts. They used to supply a kit for the 016 (plate, clutch parts, etc.) to SBF - I know, because I bought two such kits from them. The kit included a SPEC clutch I know, but I don't recall the part number unfortunately.

Did you win with this lot, Manny? I am from South Africa, Gilo is based in Johannesburg, the original owner has passed on, with business then managed by his wife and daughter. The ring gear is from a Ford Essex V6, and the adaptor is meant for the same V6 starter.
