They were NSW Coppers and apparently checked each rego sticker, one of the lads was having palpitations because he had forgotten to put the new (current) label on, but the boys in blue just looked and moved on.

I'd say that this shot was in Murwillumbah in northern NSW, just south of the state border.
(Just type in McGuiness Funerals into google maps, it's amazing what you find...Although I'm wondering why you would want to stop in front of a funeral parlour???)
