Looking good. How are you going to align the front and rear subframe's with each other, and square to the shell?
Laser beams! I am working on figuring that out. Just sent a message off to Carteroni for their recommendations. I have some time as I am going to put in the rear main hoop of the roll cage first.
 
Are you talking about something like a torsion table?
Just a big enough flat surface with straight edges you can reference to. First prize is if you can clamp or tack to it to hold pieces in place. I made one out of wood with an MDF top. About knee high. Not perfect, but good enough if you support it from the floor and level it with a long straight edge / spirit level. It's on casters here so i could move it around after i had built my chassis
