Ah yes, Mrs. Bondurant!

I had the please of meeting her for the first time at the London Cobra show. I have met Bob before but not the Mrs. She insisted I tell the story of seeing Bob roll himself up in a little ball at Watkins Glen while she recorded it. The guy I was with pointed to Bob's McLaren as it cartwheeled to a stop and declared "That guy is dead!".

Bob managed to prove him wrong.....

Michael,
Great looking car! The GT-40 currently on display at the Shelby American Museum in Boulder, CO, has similar looking wheels. Did you use paint or a powdercoat?

Yes on both fronts. The GT is at Fast Cars in Torrance getting the Webers tuned. The R Model is in good hands. Although missing it.

Hope to pick up the GT today. EOM (October) will event with Cobra Club and VARA big bore bash first weekend in Nov.
