Canadian F1 race in June-seats

Can anyone who knows the circuit at the race park in Montreal, suggest great seats to view the race. Yes I know my living room is very good, and you can see the whole course, but if your in attendance....turns 2-3 (silver 11,12) or gold 1,2,3? Any one....

Thanks
Grady

Grady,

Silver 24 stands on the hair-pin. Best seats in the house! Had the same seats for 6 years in a row. Saw some real neat stuff, Alesi's first and only win, watched Michael pick him up and carry him on the air box to the finishline while the crowd had the way with the Ferrari. Many unforgetable memories. In the 24 stands you can see the cars coming down the back stretch before the hair-pin at speed and then brake hard for the turn. Hope to be there myself this year again. Have to see to believe... Michael in silver!

If you have a chance to go, get to the track on Monday monring before they take down the stands. The track is open and a great drive if you get there early enough. Got 130mph out of my SVT Contour then took pics of my daughter on the podium. Memories!

Grady,

I think you'll love going to this GP, the track is beautiful on an island with some great modern buildings left over from a Worlds Fair.

My wife and I went in 1996 (Damon Hill won). and we had a great time. The subway goes right to the middle of the track.

We sat at the first corner, near the pit exit, I wanted to see the start, and It was great, lots of action. You can see the cars all the way from the last chicane and much of the pits as well.

I know you'll enjoy this one and the French-Canadians are very nice!
