What would be the immediate reaction to this in the USA?

Isn't that just a LIKENESS of a pistol 'logoed' onto the bag???
If so, what's the big deal?
So the guy's "carrying" in the open. Again - so what?
The reason so many people get PARANOID about a sight like this is NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE DO IT...and they DON'T for the same reason I wouldn't: to avoid the obligatory contact by a LEO because some PANICKED anti-gun wimp called 911 'cause they saw someone carrying a firearm IN THE OPEN.
There's another reason too. The big mouths who'd try to show how 'TUFF' they are by harassing and badgering someone who's 'packing'. You know the type. "Hey, Wyatt! 'You gunna SHOOT ME with your big gun? Huh? Are yuh? 'Compensating for some SHORTCOMING of yours, mebbe, huh?"

Your "Black Dude" might more likely happen in the South Jeff. But in the West it wouldn't matter what color you were, THAT bag would get you the wrong kind of attention FROM LE. Although it's funny for the shock value, you wouldn't find me "packing" that bag. It's stupid to push your luck like that. Although some young dumb kid might think it worth the reaction, until he ended up with some bullet holes in him. Then Mom and Dad would be all on TV "He was such a good kid". Good maybe, dumb, for sure.

Since guns are not allowed in England (in the hands of citizens - LEO's not included in this question),
How would this bag go over on a busy London street - or in one of the less pleasant neighborhoods in (pick a city - cuz I don't know where the ghettos are!)?
