Help with UN1 Rod Setup

Hello guys! sorry for my bad english in advance..
Im actually NOT building a gt40 replica, but a Countach, but i do use a un1 gearbox, dont think i should mention the engine here though.. :laugh:

Im looking for some ideas and pictures on how to set up my rod shifter, im not using a cable because i bought the "build" with some progress already made to it.
i would appreciate some pictures so i know where to start, im know that im gonna have to use some uniballs and such, and "invert" the leverage..

Hi Martin,

currently doing the same thing. However, I'm running the UN1 inverted, which happily arrives with the gearbox lever on the RHS of the box.

I have a single rod system which works, but I'm less than happy. Currently remaking the gear lever system to hopefully reduce the slop. I will come back with photos once I've got it sorted.

Martin, this is how I reconfigured the shifter on the 5000 to put the gears where they should be, instead of back to front,

I made this for my 40.
The way it actions, when you push forward the rod moves rearward.
It rotates through the front rose joint.
