And I don't believe the Indian Nation will want to see the return of such a 'colonial' symbol anytime soon... even if it is true.

Note for Bob re: India. Go to Terminal 3 Heathrow any Sunday early, and watch the Indian flights come in. See how much Gold you can spot around the necks and on the wrists of the very frequent flying passengers..

I'm sure if they wanted to share it with the less fortunate they would know how to do it, but regretfully, the Caste system prevents them from honourably performing such acts.
