P.S. My factory GTD is up for sale! No. not to buy a Lotus.. but to begin to fund the rebuild of an original GT40. My GTD isn't cheap, but it's now one of the better ones.. I'd hope.

Hi everyone, you are all so kind, thank you for your good wishes it means a lot to me as a new member and owner.
Now I'm no expert on GT 40's, in fact I know you guys have forgotton more than I know BUT it does seem like a really good car, very tight, very, very fast and just a joy to own, if I could put a rotating tuntable in my living room and put it on show I would!
I hope to see you all soon and hopefully there won't be much teeth sucking and tuttuing going on!
