I may revise that Should be Fun statement after I have driven the car at a circuit, hopefully Thursday. At the moment the one statement I am worried about making is "S**t that is scary fast!"
Ron, let me see how I get on. I still have the 40 that is now being stripped and developed a bit more but with road/track days only in mind, no more competition as you know. Don't move this to race section yet as I don't intend on racing it in the near future. I want to see how I get on and work out running costs etc. It is however fully eligible for the British GT championship but I am not the driver for that yet. Paul - Shut it!
Wendy is letting me out to play, short drive on Thursday I hope plus a full day at Silverstone on May 3rd. At least Brian you stand a better chance of fitting in this car without me needing to remove seats for you!
Circuit use only for this one but that does not exclude sprints at selected venues if the mood takes me. I wonder how it would do at Brighton?
One factual correction to the words above. It was the 1996 championship winning car from William Hewland not 1997, my mistake. Check out

Brian, how come you know I have a new front wall? And you didn't pop in to say hi? The gateway is plenty big enough as I have had 4 axle lorries in for deliveries but care is needed as some idiot did manage to drive into the gatepost when doing a turn! I know it was a lorry as I have all his rear left indicator and lights in my garage! I hope it did a lot more damage than that, the swine!
