It's snowing in Brownwood too. Had to drive the wife to Abilene (1.5 hr northwest) and it snowed the whole way there and back. The roads were all slushy and nasty. I've never driven in this stuff before, kinda weird.

Now, listen to me all you who are about to flame me for never driving in snow before....

I lived in Central Alabama and Central Texas my whole life. We don't get 27' of snow like you guys up North do. It gets 116 degrees + in the summer here!!! Most snow I've ever seen in my life was 24" snow drifts in a blizzard in Alabama. That's it. So...
