Picture request

If anybody could help, I'd appreciate it. I am forming the sills for my car now and would like better pictures of an original car's sills, both driver and passenger side, my pictures are inadequate. Additionally, if dimensions could be given on the fuel tank access cover, length, width and radius of the curves on the ends it would also help. Many thanks, Brian

To start with, do you have the first "colour" book by John Allen ?
Ford GT40/ Osprey 1991.
There are some great pics...
Along with all the other books...
Also try http://www.gt40.org.uk/ for a few pics..
Guy´s in the Forum has got to have some pics..
How about it Jim and others who has been meassuring etc..

Hi Brian,

Check out my post (November 04 2001) in the For Sale & Wanted section. There's a reasonable picture showing the sills on the monocoque I'm having built. I could send you more pix if you let me know your email address. Sorry I can't help with exact measurements right now but the chassis is 120 miles away...
