Rear hood/clip pin locks?

So I am trying to get ideas on pin locking down the rear hood/clip for my GT40. I see some use two, some use one, not including the side latches. I am referring to the top as it closes and either pin locks or hood pin style locks. Thoughts and pros and cons?

I used 1/4 turn bonnet latches from an XY GT Falcon to keep with the period look.
Didn’t want anything protruding above the body line when latched. Have not had an issue with them apart from a bit of rattle.
Was going to use Mini bonnet latches on both mounts, but went with the XY Falcon ones.

Cool solution - very nice part.

When the door is shut you cant get the pins out.
The delrin part riveted to the rear bulkhead has a thread as does the pin.
On the rear clip it has another delrin collar that the pin passes through, so it does not rattle nor is it metal on metal.
Every time I have had the back up doing work I will always just look across to see if that pin is in.

Then I know its clipped down.
