Roush part question

Hi everyone,

I have a Roush 342R in my 40 and I need to replace the thermostat, does the Rough motor use the same Thermostat as a standard 302 or is a special one, additionally I have heard of a fail-safe thermostat that fails in the open position, does anybody have any thoughts?
