Size of cooling duct

I have been study pictures from the duct hose used for cooling the brakes on original gt40's , and it seems that there are used more than one diameter on this . Could that be a correct observation or is the pictures lying. Someone know what is the correct one?

Mate from my limited experience the size would vary from track to track depending on what is needed to keep the brakes at their optimal temperature.

That brake duct hose is available from 2" to 5" diameters
