When I last saw one, which was truthfully around 3 months ago, they were wearing like a black combat style uniform. I'm pretty sure they have never worn blue.
But, the observant amongst us would instantly recognise an American/German style peaked cap, probably more German than anything.
The fact that the dog looks a bit like a Llama could point to a Police exchange program between Germany and Peru however, I am a bit concerned that one of the customers appears to be in his dotage so that definitely rules out the UK, where if you are 12 years old, you are already too old to disco.
The Police do not appear to be armed - with anything, so taking all the visual clues into account, and the fact that the participants are using English, I would plump for a Saturday night in Tristan Da Cunha featuring 2 non armed militia wielding a drug sniffing Llama that, together with the skinhead and geriatric disco goers, just happened to come into town from a passing cruise ship.
