I had the opportunity to visit Fran's new shop and see what was new. I last visited RCR a few years ago and I had the same emotion I had the first time I visited. It's like Disney for gearheads. It never gets old.
Anybody with any 1st person experience with this in hi performance track/race cars? I know F1 has been using stored kinetic power to do this, and that big diesel semi-trucks were experimenting with it a few years ago,.. but I have never seen it on a more conventional sportscar/racecar. Hope it works. Nothing kills the faith in your track/race car more than turbo lag coming out of a turn.
