yesterday i had the opportunity to meet with Frank Catt .
a very helpful person , gave me a lot of information for my ND gt40.
explained every thing in details , answered all my Q's
started to explain why he did it , how he did it and where to get the parts from.
first rate work ,i would really recommend wealding engineerings
for all your parts , modification and support.

It is an all original 1967 Shelby GT350 that was "mucked about" a little!

i.e. the spoiler is an "addition". When I owned it 30 years ago, originality wasn't such a big deal as it is now, nor were muscle cars very valuable in the UK anyway.

I actually bought it from Dave Prowse who played Darth Vader in the Star Wars film series. He wasn't chosen for his acting ability but that he was 6'8" tall and built like a brick dunny.

I paid £3,500 for it in 1982 and sold it a couple of years later for £4,500.

That is the most amount of money I made from any car before or since.

Shoulda kept it until now!
