Sorry,

Did not realise a thread has already been started on this subject.

http://www.gt40s.com/forum/paddock/33286-tolerances-one-way-street.html

Well, I missed that one too at first Nick, but i did do a search on a town called Tolerance looking for their one way street! Straight up... :stunned:

I think I'm not very well...:squint:

I don't think there's anyone anywhere in the world apart from like minded sickos that would say that justice has been served. I strongly believe the judges should be removed from office..

Whatever happened to 'natural justice' an unwritten cornerstone of English Law?

I don't believe we've heard the last of this....

Keith,

Problem is the judges have to base their judgement on the laws. It's the laws that have to be changed.

In other courts in other countries the victim has a say..

Question: How come we have "Human Rights" dictated by the EU, but no "Citizen Rights" afforded by our own country hey?

Respective weak governments of all persuasions?

Perhaps this will be the start of something.

I have told my family for years that it isn't so much who is running for positions of power, but more to the point, it is who gets appointed or approved for the judgeships by us and our elected reps.
