Hi Jerry ....... good to see you are on the case. The suggestion from Randy V was well intended BUT given you are submitting the car for a re-test then the inspector will be specifically looking at the points that were a fail. Mike Pass, who frequently visits the forum mentioned to me that there was a company that would produce a Polycarbonate rear window. Presumably they could also do side windows. I wonder what the cost would be as that could be a path for new builds to follow. Although I guess the grief comes with being able to adjust the mirror from the drivers seat.
I'm pleased you're nearly over the finish line. All the current political talk of us re-joining the EU would completely kill the UK kit car industry.
Hopefully you can spend the autumn, following an IVA PASS, completing the car as you want it and before you blink the Spring of 2027 will arrive and you can get out and burn some rubber ....... not toooooooo much as we know the cost of rear boots !!!!!!!
