Black rivets group buy (sealed rivets)

Hi all

I am trying to buy some 4mm x 10mm black sealed rivets for my GT40 build so the chassis is water tight. There are a lot of companies that sell the standard pop rivets but none that I can find online that will supply painted sealed rivets.

I think I may have found a company here in the UK that can supply me with painting black sealed rivets in the size I require.

These are a special order item and as such require a minimum order quantity of 10,000. I am going to take 1000 for myself so if anyone on here is interested in some of these post your name and the amount you want and I'll post the prices once I here back from the company tomorrow.

Trevor have you tried a metal roof supplier they do painted screws and rivets.

10.000 is a huge amount of rivets.

why not use cherrymax rivets, driven wet with PRC, pretty standard stuff in aviation and readily available?

About $1500 USD for the required amounts of rivets and 870 B1/2 is why!

Hi all

I've just had a quote from the company for an order on rivets. They can supply me 16,000 sealed rivets at 4mm x10mm in black.

If I get enough interest I'll place an order. The cost for members would be:

£30 for 1000 rivets
£15 for 500 rivets
