Consevatives were also against Blacks in the Military and Gays in the Military.....
This is how many Consevatives feel about Women.........
Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, a tea party activist that’s appeared several times on Fox News, and founder of an organization where Sean Hannity serves as an advisory board member, said in a sermon recently published to YouTube that America’s greatest mistake was allowing women the right to vote, adding that back in “the good old days, men knew that women are crazy and they knew how to deal with them.”
In the video, published to YouTube in March, Peterson explains that he believes women simply can’t handle “anything,” and that in his experience, “You walk up to them with a issue, they freak out right away. They go nuts. They get mad. They get upset, just like that. They have no patience because it’s not in their nature. They don’t have love. They don’t have love.”

The Right can no longer win elections without finding ways to cheat, limiting who can vote, when they can vote and of course gerrymendering.........
But all that Un-American activity is not enough, they still can't win.......
The Consevatives have forced through all these anti women, anti poor anti immegrent laws and then wonder why they cant win elections.
Now they have finally figured out that in order to win they must also stop women from voting....

Women Should Not be Allowed to Vote
It was single women who overwhelmingly voted for Obama and helped put him into office. By the way, when he was voted in, I thought, "We've crossed the Rubicon. He's going to be the worst President the U.S. has ever had. We've crossed the line to destruction, and we cannot go back." And I've been right.
I have a hard time understanding the minds of some people, but most especially dumb ones (one of my friends told me, "The smart understand the stupid a lot more than the stupid understand the smart"). When it comes to government, they seem to think it has its own money to dole out. Or else "the rich" have trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars and all we have to do is take it from them and spread it around equally. Then things will be better, lots better.
My experience has been a lot of women are natural socialists/fascists and don't know it. When you tell them that's what they are, they don't believe it. For one thing they don't exactly know what a socialist or fascist is.Of all the women I've met I've never seen one who truly understood economics or political science. I've met a lot who think they do, but don't. I know there are some who understand both, but they are the proverbial needle in a haystack.

Women Should Not be Allowed to Vote

From what I have read the Israeli Sheila's do all right in the front line.
And I have seen grown men shit their pants and run and hide and cry for their mum when the shit hits the fan.So I think it depends on the individual.
Personally I think men are more suited in build and stature than women generally speaking when it comes to combat. Also it is inherent in men to worry about even the most competent of women falling into enemy hands, not a good scenario when one should have full concentration on the job at hand.
Definitely Physical standards should not be dropped or modified to allow women into combat units.

I did not take the connotation of left vs. right with this one. Whenever standards are lowered to allow less able persons (not gender specific here) to qualify for specific tasks
requiring a higher standard, we all loose. So Women in the combat roles, no for me.
If they can meet the higher standard, fine. If not, and we lower those standards, no.
IMO the current military basic training does not come close to what may be required in combat situations. In some specialties, yes, but this would come after BMT.

Alright Jim. I did not respond with the left vs. right connotation. I merely voiced my opinion about if women should be allowed into combat roles.

I posted this to get an opinion, pro vs con. Every post presents a chance for Jim to piss and moan about the past and the evil right . I'm surprised that it isn't racist on my part, there is time though.
