I have something betterthan one of those. It has an inert gas reservoir and pieces a hole in the cork so small it seals itself again. The beauty is a bottle remains useable for several months/weeks after you've started it. The downside is it's quite expensive and a bottle seldom lasts more than an afternoon/evening.

In the Calif. wine country - if a bottle of wine is bad - - we pour it out! If it's good - we DRINK IT!! save it - - - hmmmmmmmm new concept ----
