Any chassis experts able to identfy if original?

As already mentioned in the other thread: 1041-R; the R denotes replica plus the pop rivets on the rear bulkhead are a giveaway.

I'm no chassis expert - so please don't get me wrong.

On these pictures it look's to me like spot weld's (unfortunately the resolution is poor)

However, this car is around for some time and after seeing it in 2011 at the Oldtimer Grand Prix on the Ring I always thought it to be original (or at least what I thought back then to be original). Interestingly back then it carried Chassis# 1029!!??. Below some pictures from back then.

So now, what is it??
