The windshield lower lines and door line where it meets the front clip are hard to see, but the rear clip and view through the door look very similar to the old Kellison car that was adapted by a few companies later on. It also appears to have no side windows. I think it's last incarnation was as the T3 or something like that. The front door edge and windshield lines were modified in later versions, but that door and rear clip have very similar lines. It may be one of the later versions or even a modified Kellison car. For the 20K, I guess the engine and transaxle would about be worth it. Not enough pics of other areas, suspensions, interior to be very precise. Maybe that's the reason.If you google Kellison GT40, there are a bunch of pics of cars that are or were being built, one had a 302 and one looks as if it was built on a Fiero chassis. There again...to few pics.
