Gearbox has had the necessary ' flipping ' work of crown wheel & pinion carried out by well known UK ZF specialist, who works on most of the European based original GT40 historic racers.
Also , the crown wheel has been safety - wired.
Comes complete with correct Top Plate.
New bellhousing offered as an extra.

You may want to post the condition of the internals as your original post states internal work done only to the crown wheel..
Also - as you're aware - many people with potential interest are here in the states or elsewhere which would require crating and shipping. Is this something you're willing to deal with?

Thanks Randy,

No other work was carried out internally, other than flipping the crownwheel and pinion, for use in a 40.
A visual inspection of the internals was carried out at the same time and reported back as being in good condition.
There have been no repairs to the casing, both internally and externally.
The Final Drive ratio is the sought after 4.22.
I would be prepared to deal with the shipping company on behalf of any purchaser and will construct a stout timber container to ship the item in.
