427 side oiler

Today my Dad asked me if I wanted a motor he had. I went over to see what he was talking about and it turns out it is a Ford 427 side oiler in pieces. The motor was bought in the late 70's and has lemans heads that look brand new, a crank brand new sealed in a oil filled bag along with brand new lemans rods and new pistons sealed in bags as well. My question is what do you think the value of this motor would be? almost forgot, he also has boxes full of all the other related parts.

It was going to be put in a Contemporary Cobra but he ended up using a different 427 side oiler that he purchased race ready.

I am up in the air on this. I think for me it comes down to 2 choices. 1. sell it or 2. drop it in a 67 Cougar I have been building (pro street)
