Now this is a REAL dilemma! I was visiting the local open cast mine (we have a lot down here in the New Forest :stunned and I spotted at least one vehicle on less than legal tyres (they have to run on some public roads) I asked the driver when they were to be changed but all I got was the blank.

Should I report the company for this obvious safety violation?
