How to keep the chassis and engine bay in good condition

What do you guys use to keep the chassis and engine bay clean?

I know Ron used Muc - Off, Motorcycle protectant with PTFE and although I am not much of a polisher myself having such a nice looking car I intend to keep it that way. Maybe I can get my sons to clean it for me after a spin.

On the Radical I normally use WD40 on the chassis and wipe it clean again, but that is only used on circuits.

I use one of these. I spray on a mild degreaser, then hit it with the steam. Any road film, oil, dirt or residue in the smallest nook or gap is no match for it.
