need help with AUDI info

Hello All

Brand new to the site and have done quite a bit of reading.
Looking to start a build of a Chassis Europe GT40 through Mike Osbourne.
Have any of you out there doing as well? Also I am in Ontario Canada and have read alot about the AUDI 016 tranaxle. Need to know what years to look for it was available in and what cars it was in. Any out there for sale??? Please Help

The 016 was used in the '84-'87 or '88 Audi 5000. Scott at Advanced Automotion knows quite alot about the various Audi transmissions so you might try and give him a call if you need information.
