I finished the fiberglass work on the dash, I extended the ends of the dash so that they would touch the sill. I then molded a lip on the front edge to support the front (where it meets the windshield) of the dash. Then I molded in a recess into the front edge of the demister grill inset area so that the grill would be supported on all edges. (I think that I put about 70 hours of labor into fiber-glassing and sanding the dash). After sanding and painting I wired up the dash, now all gauges, fans, fuel pumps, horns, lights, a/c unit, XFI and XIM ecu's, turn signal, hazard switch, brake switch, starter and ignition switch work as expected. I made a separate harness for the wiper motor but have not installed the wiper motor yet. I verified that the brakes and clutch work as expected without any leaks. I had to replace the IFF brake line connectors (rear lines by the engine) since BOTH of them leaked and I tightened them correctly the first time. When replacing them I examined the lines very carefully and noticed that the flair was not done very well so I had to redo both flairs on the long lines that run through the tunnel. I had to put a stop on the clutch pedal since I am using a Tilton hydraulic throw-out bearing, it works nice and has a nice feel to it (see pic).
