FS USA Stewart Warner SW-240A fuel pumps and parts ((SOLD))

I’m in the process of consolidating my shop to get ready for a cross-country move. Many things need to find suitable homes. Offered here is a collection of various SW240a fuel pumps, gaskets and assorted parts..

There are eight pumps in total. All have some external corrosion to varying degrees. None are what I would call show quality with original finish.

6 of the pumps thump along nicely on 12v. Most have been tested with fuel oil or ATF and worked well, but this was a while back and they have been packed away in heated dry storage ever since. #7 sparks, but does not thump. #8 has a good switch, but is a 6v unit and is in pieces. There is also a collection of assorted “new” gaskets and seals.

I am asking $500 for all.

If they have not sold within a couple weeks time, I will separate and offer individually, but I would rather not do that unless necessary - and the price per unit will definitely be much higher..

I will take PayPal funds in USD and will ship at buyer's expense.

Shipping will not be inexpensive as this collection weighs quite a bit. I will package carefully.

Now I have a weird question: Do you have any broken pumps laying around as well? Here's what Im trying to do: Want to have the most authentic look in the engine bay, but using EFI 'weber' from borla. I also was thinking about modifying some of these Waner fuel-pumps to be just a straight-through non-functioning unit. The EFI fuel pressure is generated 'upstream' by the in-tank EFI fuel pump.

I'm busy doing a similar thing on the fuel regulator and testing fuel filters at EFI pressure.

I’ve had a number of responses on these pumps as a lot. I will be getting shipping quotes, but please know that shipping will not be inexpensive as these pumps are fairly heavy as a lot...
Also, you should know as a potential buyer, these pumps are not guaranteed to be leak free or to work perfectly as they have been put away for many years in storage. I have applied 12v to them and as I point out above, all except 2 are thumping their little hearts out. My assumption is that they will pump fuel but advise any buyer to test with Kerosine or fuel oil as a less volatile fuel..

I think Fran Hall was looking into doing something like that at one point. The only SW Pumps I have are those listed here.
