Was it good reporting? For those who don't what evil looks like, I'd have to say 'watch'. Remember. Think about the country you live in and how it came to be, and why it is still around. Some faceless forefathers made sacrifices for this. Meanwhile Obama plays golf and not very well. Another of the three branches of our government does little to support our alies, both Arab and the Jewish state.
Me, I'm a fighter and come from a long family of them. One thing I can relate to personally is the 'smell of victory'. I think it is time to demonstrate its effectiveness.

This has been an interesting thread...it's good to see that Fox is getting heat for this action. However...Fox is a very self-serving organization, take a look at their inflamatory rhetoric and combative tactics. They have once again gained recognition, whether or not it is good, for this despicable act.
No...I don't watch Fox, and for good reason. I don't think sending any form of communication to Fox will get any results, they'll just bask in the limelight of the furor created by their action. What I would suggest is to write to the sponsors and inform them of our revulsion to this terrible showing of what must have been torture for not only the unfortunate victim, but also for his family and acquaintances. If the sponsors can be shown that their products will be bypassed in the shopping lanes because of their support for such an organization as Fox, perhaps that might cause some heat on Fox for this act and they might reign themselves in.
In the end, the only way that Fox is going to get the message is if people stop watching their offerings, but we ARE a society that seems to be addicted to the extreme...and Fox is certainly extreme.

The difference between repeatedly showing 'film' of the Kennedy assassination, videos of people jumping to their deaths at the Twin Towers, film of D-Day combat deaths as they happened, film of the piles of bodies and the actual executions of people in Nazi death camps, film of the bodies in the streets after the A-bombs were dropped on Japan, the video of Gen. Nguyen Ngoc Loan shooting a Vietcong soldier in the head, video of the little girl running down the road with napalm burns all over her body, and showing video of the Jordanian pilot's death - is what, exactly? I fail to see it.

In the Quran, as I was told, there is a phrase that allows the method of death sentence to be determined by how the perceived crime was committed. Hence from bombing they saw fire and falling rubble from the structures.
Not to fear though, President O says this has nothing to with Islam or terrorist. Similar to the work related incidents like the good Major Hasan in Ft. Hood in August 2013.

Also telling the members, his only problem would be running out of bullets and fuel.

I can't think of a term that is derogatory enough...scumbags...miscreants....monsters....none of them seem to adequately describe the revulsion I feel when I think of the things they do to other human beings. I sincerely hope David's suggestion is carried out...all we have to do is promote a jihadist convention somewhere out in the middle of the desert to attract the majority of them and then turn that area into a mile-thick glazing of glass with David's "Buckets of Light"...except for the issue that they don't deserve the eternal life of bliss that they believe they will receive if they are killed in jihad...but I do like the idea of putting each of them into a body bag with a bucket of pig entrails and giving them an eternity of drowning in that filth...and even that's better than they deserve.
Fox should still lose their broadcast license for having shown that video, though.....IMHO they did nothing more than provide ISIS with more recruitment ammo...which means Fox may well be in the same scumbag boat as ISIS.

They are recruiting world-wide...and there are a LOT of very impressionable young individuals who believe that what they saw happen on Fox is what that poor pilot deserved. I have not seen the video in question nor have I sought to watch it. That is the main point of my original question. As for not liking Fox News, we don't get it here so I have no idea whether I like it or not, but based on their decision to run with that video, I would say, on balance, no.
Why do you think you need to be shocked by obscenely violent "news" videos in order to make an informed decision? Are you turned on by scenes of gratuitous violence?

My POINT obviously was "SEEING THAT VID" (seeing the vid of the murder) generated the anger. God only knows which particular people here or there around the world saw the vid on FOX, or Saturday Night Live, or just WHERE they saw it - the point I was making was they saw it.
My 'thanking FOX' was intended as a rebuttal to the condemnation of the network for showing it.

In the case of Iran, have my doubts they will. Reason? Israel will hit them hard before they do. They're not going to screw around with 'em. They're not going to 'form a committee', or a 'study group', or wait to see if the 123rd round of 'sanctions' will work, or wait to 'get concensus' amongst the other nations of the world - they're going to ACT the instant they think they must. Quite frankly, I'm stunned they haven't done so already. I seriously thought they would have done it during the past year.
