Spot on the truth. The LiquidWeb account that hosts the server draws from the PayPal account. The PayPay account was empty and didn't make the payment. I'm fortunate that the LW folks politely allowed me time to get funds transferred over and install a new secure payment method so it won't happen again. The GT40s.com PayPal account usually takes care of itself but sometimes it gets low when there are few contributions.
