Go on any lefty 'site, call him 'mulatto' and see what happens.

'Course, YOU ARE a lefty...so you'd likely get a 'pass'.

Some time ago, on one site or another, I referred to him as being 'mulatto' (which he actually is), and boy did I get an earful from the lefty p.c. types! 'Just ONE MORE TRUTH about him the left won't admit.

Go on any lefty 'site, call him 'mulatto' and see what happens.

Larry,

Mulatto

From Wikipedia,
Used to refer to a person who is born from one white parent and one black parent, or more broadly, a person of any "mixed"ancestry.

Contemporary usage of the designation is generally confined to situations in which the term is considered relevant in a historical context.

The term is not common in contemporary settings in the United states but is generally considered archaic because of its association with slavery, colonial and racial oppression.

*********************

Gee Larry, you use a word to discribe someone that is no longer used (except by you) due to its association with slavery, colonial and racial oppression and you cant figure out why people give you "an earful"?................really?

Same ole, same ole. If one points out any truth the left doesn't like - a lefty will somehow figure out a way to drag out and apply the race card. 'Doesn't matter WHAT the topic.

Even you're demi-god Saul Alinsky said: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag (his Rule #7)". The race card tactic has been just that for quite a while. In fact, it's such a drag now that a Terex Titan couldn't budge it.

Oh, just FYI, the New World Dictionary (you know...a REAL dictionary?) defines "mulatto" the way I used it: "A person who has one Negro parent and one white parent." No 'p.c.' fog in it.

Save the rebut...

Larry,

Apparently you are not aware of this, but there are a good number of words that were once used to decribe blacks that are no longer used because of their association with racial oppression.

Do you know the word used to describe people who still use them?

Jim...neither you nor I nor all the logical "liberals" in the world will cause any of them to change their tunes. In their defense, they are as adamantly convinced that they are right as are we...and while we may never function under the mistaken impression that they will change, it seems to me that they are much less interested in any sincere exchange of ideas than in forcing their fallacy-filled idealogies on others (some may even threaten personal injury in an effort to intimidate those who may be weak-minded enough to fall for that sort of bullying). Egocentricity is such a burden, but the more radical one is the more egocentric they are...it's just the nature of the beast.

You are wasting valuable skin cells on the tips of your fingers if you think you can make a positive difference...sad to say it, but it's been shown to be true time and time again.

Oh....yeah....."BIGOT" (an acronymn for "Brash, Insensitive, Gruff Old Turd").

Did I get it right?

Cheers!

Doug

Ok then, Pink gets it....

You must admit, The Paddock Circular Debating Society's (otherwise known as the "Oh no he's not - Oh yes he is" Massiv) language these days is quite polite, deferential almost... :)

Keith, your moderation has had a positive influence. I've been traveling a lot lately and coming back to look at the forum, I've observed the Paddock is a polite gentleman's club compared to the Site Suggestions and Superformance sections.

Well played Mr. Moderator, well played...
