Why are obviously fradulant auctions allowed to continue. Please reference this discussion:

in which the fraudulence of these auctions is pointed out AND the contents of emails received from the fraudulent sellers is listed. The gentleman who listed the auctions, after being asked if has reported them to eBay, responds: "I ALWAYS report these scumbags but sadly it seems ebay are no longer protecting their customers. I have reported this listing eBay.co.uk: 2005 Triumph Rocket III (item 280072213548 end time 15-Feb-07 21:28:57 GMT) as a scam FIVE TIMES over the course of a week and a half, but all I get is the standard ebay automated reply and the listing continues."
We certainly can't expect eBay to read every auction, although it seems like you do when it might mean lost revenue for eBay, but, when a report is submitted (repeatedly), this shows a blatant disregard for the buyers without whom eBay wouldn't exist.
