Mark, and why have politicians not heard of zero based budgeting? Isn't it time that we impose that upon our politicians and make the justify each line item of expense? This form of budgeting has been in place for years in the private sector. Why not in government?

I've been campaigning for an audit of all branches/departments of the government for a very long time. This isn't a partisan thing, there are crooks on both sides, and then there is the vast bureaucracy that was elected by no one and answers to no one.
