Very impressive.
I was looking over that car and from my understanding its based of a f430? Seeing some pictures of the car on Jalopnik with the bodywork off seems to show very little in common with the 430. Was this a ground up build based on the 430's design? Or is there still a 430 under that sexy body? I would love to see some pics from the cars development.

Basically it's our design built on an F430 Scuderia chassis and an engine we developed from a Ferrari GT2. We've designed everything from the suspension to the KERS system which uses Magnelli Maretti components and our designed battery pack. The overall body is based on Ferrari P 4/5 by Pininfarina which is built on an Enzo platform. All of the modifications are done to DOT standards and eventually we'll re install a street legal motor and bring her home to ply the highways and byways of NY. She races with full pollution control and mufflers.

I love the pic at Planzgarten (jump). I remember sitting there in the rain, watching the action for hours! Also (at the other side of the circuit) the jump just before the Flugplatz sequence...
Would love to the car's telemetry from these points!
