Dear Mr. Young. When reporters are forced to report on something they don't agree on, they always ad a bunch of buts, maybes, and what ifs to keep them out of trouble with the activists. Get used to it, the Right has.
Advice: Read the article in its entirety before posting about it (an ongoing issue with you). I'll start pulling quotes from it if you'd like, but I'll let you take a shot at clearing up what that article (or at least the Economist article on which it is based) is really about first.
