Earlier this week The Paddock was set by default to be TURNED OFF of indexing on the New Posts link. If you are logged in then when you click New Posts you would not see any posts from The Paddock listed. Amazing what a slight change can do huh?
Now, for those of you that are lamenting the fact that the wisdom of the Paddock isn't filling your screen when you check in for the day, never fear, here's what you do:
And that is all there is to it! Once you deselect The Paddock you'll be overwhelmed with insight and acumen from the finest minds on the internet.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Scroll down to Misc Options and deselect "The Paddock" from the list.
