Anyone following the Rugby?

The teacher asked her class to write down on a piece of paper the type of work their daddies did.

The children, very excitedly, scribbled their answers

One by one, the teacher asked each child to stand and describe the job.

There was much laughter and screaming, apart from, that is little Tommy.

"Tommy, why do you look so sad?" asked the teacher.

Tommy slowly rose to his feet, and replied: "my dads a stripper in a gay bar".

The other children remained silent as Tommy continued:

"Sometimes, he doesn't come home, and my mummy sits crying, sometimes he sells his body for other mens pleasure."

There were gasps around the classroom, the teacher acted quickly and dismissed the children, telling them to go outside and play.

She then walked up to Tommy, put her arm around him, and asked "is that all true Tommy?

"No not at all miss. He really plays rugby for England, but i was too embarrassed to say"

Well I think I must congratulate the Southern Hemisphere countries on pushing all the Northern countries to the sidelines.

Predictions?

I would expect Australia vs New Zealand in the final

Going by this weekend's play I would think NZ has the edge

Theman was insistent that the boy ask the manager about the matter.
Walking into the back room, the boy said to the manager,
"Some old fart outside wants to buy half a head of lettuce."
As he finished his sentence, he turned around to find that the man had followed and was standing right behind him,
so the boy quickly added, "andthis gentleman kindly offered to buy the other half."
The manager approved the deal and the man went on his way.
Later, the manager said to the boy...........
"I was impressed with the way you got yourself out of that situation earlier, we like people who can think on their feet here, where are you from son?"
"New Zealand, sir," the boy replied.
"Why did you leave New Zealand ?" the manager asked.
The boy said, "Sir, there's nothing but tired old tarts and rugby players there."
"Is that right?" replied the manager, "My wife is from New Zealand!"

Was due to go to the semi final between Australia and Argentina, tickets bought in the vain hope of a northern hemisphere team playing in it! Hopes dashed so anyone interested in them? Face value £350 each, two available.

The degree of professional demeanor of the players on both sides was impressive. A few minor incidents, but overall very clean play. The Dan Carter drop goal truly exemplifies what an incredible player he is....there is a reason he is the highest paid player in the world! The final try by Beauden Barrett drove it all home. Truly one of the best games of the World Cup....or of any World Cup final.
Just my opinion.
