I wonder if he's paid his royalties to Gulf like a good boy! :thumbsup:
 
Some classic descriptive lines there! Such as "all carpets and seats in place", and that it will drive anywhere, but if you are going some distance it's best to tow it!!
Love it. Gives me an idea for increasing the value of my daily driver - now where's that can of blue paint?

It has to be a fantastic machine to enter in the Le Mans Classic. Even if it needs to be towed around the circuit. You could even fit a GPS Smiths style speedometer, no SVA, a bubble on the roof over the drivers seat, halibrand wheels with big spinners, plastic side windows with helicopter vents and a vinyl picture of a 302 with IDA48s on the rear and side windows and a super sound system playing race car noises. And you have plenty of space to take luggage and camping kit (probably for other gt40 types as well).
Imagine pride of place in the down town Le Mans parades. Is Europe ready for such British eccentricity?
